I’ve always been very comfortable in the kitchen. Growing up I enjoyed acting as my parent’s sous chef. I was serious about the tasks they put me in charge of like setting the table and making the salads. My dad showed me how to cook by “look and feel," and my mom always got me involved in baking. Now I find myself constantly experimenting, researching and playing in the kitchen.
I prefer everything to be homemade. My eating style doesn’t fit into specific categories like vegan, paleo, keto, etc. As long as something is made
with Love we can feel good about eating it. So here is a compilation of a few of my favorite experiments.
